Vincent’s experience in the insurance industry dates from well before his legal career. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree he started working as a travel insurance adjuster. It was in this role that Vincent developed an appreciation of the role of insurance and its importance in our society. It was at this time that Vincent began his studies towards becoming a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP). Vincent continues to be involved with the Insurance Institute of Canada as an insurance ambassador, where he has the opportunity to represent the insurance industry at various school and career events.

Upon completion of his legal studies, Vincent returned to the insurance industry as a lawyer. He has developed significant experience defending claims for personal injury, occupier’s liability, professional negligence, product liability, and environmental contamination claims. As counsel, Vincent applies his industry and trial experience to his client’s benefit. He has also served insurers in pursuing subrogation claims against third parties.

Vincent is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.

Outside of work he enjoys playing ice hockey and beach volleyball. In late August you may see him organizing an annual neighbourhood barbecue.
