Sarah is an Associate specializing in all aspects of Insurance Litigation, including Motor, Occupier’s Liability, Property Damage, and Subrogation.

Sarah is dual-qualified (Canada, England & Wales) with a combined total of almost 20 years of experience in the legal profession, enabling her to bring strategic counsel and practical legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

After moving to Canada with her family in 2018, Sarah completed her NCA Examinations and articles, before joining Brownlee LLP and being called to the Alberta Bar in 2023.

Prior to joining Brownlee LLP, Sarah practiced insurance defence litigation in England & Wales, representing diverse clientele in a wide range of industries including logistics, aerospace and manufacturing.

In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is a member of an array of professional organizations including the CBA, the Association of Women Lawyers, The Advocates’ Society as well as being a regular volunteer with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel project.

Outside of her legal practice, Sarah enjoys hiking, reading, play bad golf, and volunteering. She has been a regular volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada, Calgary Food Bank, Calgary Public Library, and Run Calgary.
