A graduate of the Juris Doctor program at the Peter A. Allard School of Law in the University of British Columbia in 2019, Mina has a solid background of legal knowledge.
In 2020, Mina was called to the Bar in British Columbia, and since has been advocating for the rights and interests of her clients in British Columbia. As of 2024, Mina is also called to the Yukon Bar.
Mina Khan’s areas of expertise include insurance defence, construction law, and employment law. By staying ahead of the latest developments in these fields, Mina ensures her clients receive the most up-to-date advice and effective representation.
In addition to her legal pursuits, Mina actively seeks out volunteer opportunities, striving to make a positive impact in her community.
