Download vCardMehak completed her law studies at the University of Calgary and is now gaining practical experience as an Articling Student at Brownlee LLP.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Integrated Business and Humanities at McMaster University Graduated 2022 with Honours.
Mehak developed an interest in litigation through participation in the Alberta Court of Appeal Moot in 2L and the National Family Law Negotiations Competition (her team placed 2nd in the negotiation) in 3L.
During law school, Mehak volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) and was VP Events for the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA).
Outside of work, Mehak enjoys taking spin and Lagree classes. She also enjoys game nights with friends, baking and trying new restaurants in Calgary.

I wanted to take a path that would challenge me to continuously learn and grow throughout my career, and law provides me with that opportunity. I enjoy that law gives me the opportunity to solve problems and make a difference in the community.
