Jasreen’s practice areas include a broad range of insurance defence law with expertise in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, occupier’s liability and property damage. She also handles complaints presented in Civil Resolution Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal and Employment Standard Tribunal.
Furthermore, Jasreen adeptly represents professionals in disciplinary proceedings before their respective regulatory bodies. Her practice also includes addressing disputes and claims related to the Strata Property Act.
Jasreen adopts alternative dispute resolution strategies, including mediations and negotiations with opposing counsels to facilitate settlements. She identifies opportunities where the evidence and facts can be used strategically to extricate her clients early from litigation.
Jasreen volunteers at the One World Medicine Clinic, where she aids physicians in clinical research and plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of camps in underserved Indian villages. Jasreen has represented clients in both the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Outside of her practice with Brownlee, Jasreen is passionate about traversing the globe and immersing herself in diverse cultures. Additionally, she values personal development pursuits, such as taking language lessons, snowboarding and painting.
She is also able to provide Brownlee clients with legal services in a variety of languages, including English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
