Sandra is an occupational therapist with McGregor Berger and Associates and has practiced occupational therapy for 33 years. She has extensive experience in the areas of disability management for complex catastrophic injuries, workplace injury assessment, functional capacity evaluations, medical legal assessment, and life care plans. Her practice has spanned work in the public and private sectors both in Alberta and British Columbia. She has qualified her as an expert witness in the field of occupational therapy, functional capacity evaluations, and life care plans before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and at a binding judicial dispute resolution in Alberta.

When she isn’t working, Sandra is committed to volunteering, giving back to the community, and nurturing her passion for travel, the outdoors, music, and the arts.

Tyler Argue is the President and CEO of Westbridge Ventures Canada LP, specializing in customized business risk solutions. Known for his visionary leadership, Tyler has vast experience in various services like OSINT, surveillance, and enterprise risk management. He collaborates with top entities and shares his expertise through speaking engagements. Tyler holds a Canadian Certified Fire Investigator designation, contributes to the field as a Director of the Canadian Association of Fire Investigators, and is licensed as a Private Investigator. Tyler and the Westbridge Team aim to elevate investigative services in Canada through strategic partnerships and community collaboration.

Learn more about Dr. Hernish J. Acharya

Dr. Hernish J. Acharya, MD, FRCPC holds the position of Medical Lead of the Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Program and the Burn Rehabilitation Program at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. Additionally, he is the Medical Director of Physiologix Medical Ltd., a large electrodiagnostic laboratory and multi-specialist neuro-musculoskeletal care outpatient clinic. Dr. Acharya assesses and treats patients in various settings, including acute care hospitals, fracture clinics, general Physiatry and electrodiagnostic clinics, and provides inpatient Physiatry consultation services at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. He has also been recognized as an expert in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Alberta. He is a Diplomate of the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists and serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Alberta.

Since 2003, Dr. Mundin has provided comprehensive assessments and treatments for patients with severe mental illness across various settings, such as hospitals, offices, jails, workplaces, and for medicolegal purposes.

Dr. Mundin has a special interest in Schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, post-partum, menstrual and menopausal mental disorders, non-stimulant treatment for ADHD, disability and fitness for work. She is certified as an expert witness in psychiatry in both Alberta and British Columbia and in the United States (Texas, California).

Robert Townsley is a Senior Project Engineer at Envista Forensics, a global leader in forensic consulting and engineering services. With over 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering and collision reconstruction, Robert has investigated and analyzed 500+ vehicle incidents. He is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA and EGBC, actively contributing to advancing knowledge in the field. Envista’s experts have conducted numerous investigations on low- and high-speed collisions involving various vehicles, from passenger cars to buses and tire failures.
