Corey Luda, an associate with Brownlee LLP’s Municipal team, brings a unique local perspective to his practice. Having grown up on a hobby farm in the MD of Bonnyville/Lakeland area, Corey understands the specific challenges and opportunities that arise in both rural and urban communities.
A graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2022, Corey’s passion for problem-solving and his dedication to delivering optimal results are evident in his work. During his time as a student, Corey chose to article at Brownlee because of the firm’s extensive range of practice areas, allowing him to develop a broad proficiency in the legal field.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Corey has always been committed to giving back to the community. He has volunteered his time at various organizations, including the University of Alberta’s Student Legal Services and Accessibility Services programs.
Corey also served as an emergency department volunteer with Alberta Health Services and was a student member on the University of Alberta General Faculties Council Academic Appeals Committee.
In his downtime, Corey has a passion for sports, particularly as an avid fan of the New Jersey Devils and Toronto FC. He also explores his creative side, toiling away with the idea of writing a screenplay.
