Mr. Ian Read, Senior Project Engineer, has 28 years of experience as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer and 3 years as a Biomedical Technologist.
He specializes in electrical and electronic failure analysis, identifying causes of equipment damage, floods, and fires. Mr. Read has investigated hundreds of equipment and product failures across commercial, utility, residential, industrial, and military industries.
He is also experienced in vehicle fire investigations, covering heavy commercial, off-highway, mining, farm equipment, and light-duty vehicles. He has been involved in multiple large loss fire and flood claims across Canada for both plaintiff and defence. His practice primarily serves Western Canada.

Ms.Maria Tejada is a Project Consultant with five years of experience as an HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design engineer. At Envista, Maria performs on-site investigations, examines evidence, and produces technical reports for mechanical equipment and system failures.
She has conducted causation investigations for water loss events caused by a broad range of incidents, including bursting pipes due to freezing, pipe separations, pipe fitting failures, valve failures, hydronic coil failures, and sprinkler head failures.
In addition, she has been involved in major loss investigations dealing with equipment breakdowns of steam boilers, recovery boilers, chillers, and engine
generators.

Dr. Norman Brodie is a Registered Psychologist (CAP Reg. No 881) licensed to practice psychology in the Province of Alberta as well as in the Yukon Territory. He is also registered as a Professional Member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology.
Dr. Brodie has worked as a registered licensed psychologist since 1979 and has completed degrees in Psychology (B.Sc. Spec., with Distinction, 1976), Counselling Psychology (M.Ed., 1979) and School Psychology (Ph.D., 1988). He also completed additional training in neuroanatomy and neuropathology with the Faculty of Medicine, University of Alberta and in neuropsychological assessment techniques from pioneering experts in the field such as Drs. Ralph Reitan and Charles Golden.
