As a member of Brownlee’s Commercial Litigation Team Partner Mike carries on practice focusing on resolving commercial litigation and construction disputes. He has experience in dealing with a variety of litigation matters which include construction disputes, bond claims, product liability, commercial leasing, foreclosures, debt enforcement, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
Mike has acted for a variety of clients including financial institutions, boards, commissions, individuals, corporations, bankruptcy trustees and municipalities. Mike has appeared as counsel at various levels of Court in Alberta including Provincial Court, King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. Mike has also appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories
