Arman Brar joined Brownlee as an associate in June 2023. She maintains a broad insurance litigation practice, with interests in insurance defence, construction deficiencies claims, occupier’s liability, property damage and professional liability claims.

Prior to joining Brownlee, Arman practiced insurance defence at a mid-sized regional boutique firm in Vancouver, specializing in matters involving insurance, bodily injury, property damage and construction.

Arman has appeared on behalf of clients before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2017 and received her law degree from Thompson Rivers University in 2021.

Arman works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop effective strategies to protect their interests. Her ability to connect with people is one of her many strengths as she understands that helping clients through legal processes often requires more than just legal support.

In addition to her legal practice, Arman routinely volunteers for a variety of community initiatives. Outside of work, Arman enjoys travelling, working out, and spending time with her two dogs, Blu and Noah.
