Arman Brar maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on construction claims. She represents clients in complex construction-related disputes, including construction deficiencies, property damage, and liability issues. Her practice also encompasses a broad range of insurance defense claims, including professional indemnity, occupiers’ liability, and personal injury matters.

Before joining Brownlee LLP, Arman practiced at a mid-sized regional boutique firm in Vancouver, where she gained valuable experience in insurance defense, particularly in matters involving construction disputes, property damage, and bodily injury claims.

Arman is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs and developing tailored strategies to protect their interests.

She has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, skillfully advocating on their behalf through all stages of litigation.

Outside of her legal practice, Arman is committed to community service and routinely volunteers for various initiatives. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her two dogs.
