Raymond joined Brownlee LLP’s Insurance Litigation Team in December 2022.
Prior to joining Brownlee, Raymond began his legal career at a boutique administrative law firm where he was counsel to regulators and decision makers, with a focus on professional regulation. In that role, he gained considerable experience with judicial reviews and statutory appeals and has appeared before various administrative bodies and tribunals. Raymond also has civil litigation experience and experience with commercial transactions.
Raymond was extensively involved in his law school community. His involvement included volunteering with Student Legal Services and serving on the editorial board of the Alberta Law Review.
Prior to law school, Raymond played mid to high stakes poker tournaments at a professional level. In his spare time, Raymond enjoys spending time with his family, reading, practising yoga, cycling and playing poker.
