Olivia Rees joined Brownlee LLP as an associate in the firm’s Insurance Litigation group in early 2021. She previously practiced at a civil litigation boutique in Calgary before moving to Brownlee. Her practice focuses on insurance litigation, including bodily injury and property damage.
She has a particular interest in agriculture and equine-related claims, for which she draws on her personal experience and expertise from growing up on a farm and around horses.
Thoughtful and detail oriented, Olivia enjoys getting to know her clients and advocating on their behalf.
She also enjoys attending in court and has represented parties at trial.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horses, helping around her family’s farm, hiking, and backpacking.
