Deborah McGuire is a litigator whose practice focuses on defence litigation, including occupier’s liability, motor vehicle collisions and subrogation.
A good listener with a broad range of experience, she enjoys problem solving through working with clients, and other counsel, to find a solution.
Deborah has experience with various forms of dispute resolution including mediation, Case Conferences, and Case Management. She has also represented clients at the Federal Court, Court of Appeal, Court of King’s Bench and Provincial Court.
Deborah is married and the proud mom of three. Her family enjoys spending time at Pigeon Lake and travelling. Deborah volunteers with Hope Mission and loves to cheer her kids on in hockey and football.
