Charlotte has over 30 years of experience in the practice of municipal law and has over 20 years of experience working as in-house counsel for both the City of Edmonton and the City of St. Albert. This has given her a unique skill set and experience in many aspects of municipal law. Her preferred areas of practice include municipal law, providing advice to municipal councils and administrators on bylaws, providing advice to municipal boards such as Subdivision and Development Appeal Boards and planning and development matters.
Charlotte also has an interest in Alternate Dispute Resolution processes holding the designation of Qualified Arbitrator (Q. Arb) with the ADR Institute of Canada. She is an Arbitrator with the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP) and is also a Mediator on the Provincial Court Civil Claims Mediation Roster.
