Joining Brownlee in the spring of 2018, Andrew McDaniel brings a passion and love of the law to his clients. Having appeared at every level of court in British Columbia, as well as the Human Rights Tribunal, the Labour Board
and the Employment Standards Tribunal, Andrew joins our talented Employment and Labour group. Andrew has also worked with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization, coached football at Scona and
is himself a big sports fan. His advice for a first year is to “relax, be yourself, work hard, everything will end up working out.”

WHY LAW?
I was always really interested in the law. Initially I was really interested in criminal law and how the justice system functioned. Then coming out of law school and drawing on my own experience managing a business, I became more interested in advising employers on how to best run their business and address the various legal issues that accompany doing so.
