Amanda maintains a general civil litigation practice with a particular interest in insurance defence claims involving personal injury, property damage, occupier’s liability, product liability, and construction disputes. She is a devoted lawyer who strives to provide cost-effective and practical solutions to her clients through the use of litigation and a variety of other alternative dispute resolution forums. Amanda has represented clients in matters before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta.
Before law school, Amanda attended North Carolina State University on a NCAA Division 1 golf scholarship where she earned her degree in business and minored in law and justice. At North Carolina State University, Amanda was a National Academic All-American and her golf team was consistently ranked in the top 20 nationally. Outside of school, Amanda has competed for her province and country at national and international golf championships.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys golfing, slow-pitch, skiing, hockey, and travelling.
